Provider Evidence Submissions
How providers submit evidence, and what we accept.
Providers may submit evidence — pricing, pharmacy, clinician, and policy documentation — to correct or complete their record. Submissions are verified against first-party and official sources, and no favorable finding can be purchased.
Accepted documentation
Current pricing and fee pages, pharmacy identity and license records, clinician and intake details, cancellation and refund terms, and corrections with primary sources.
No paid findings
Submitting evidence does not buy a review, a ranking, or a positive conclusion. We verify submissions independently and apply the same evidence rules to everyone.
Frequently asked questions
Can a provider pay for a better review?
No. Submissions are verified and judged under identical rules; no favorable finding is for sale.
